The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.

Unfortunately i've searched every file i could find.
I also tried to find every file mentioning the mod_passenger.so File and there is literally no file or line where this path is mentioned.

I executed both commands you wrote.
First one put out a file:
/etc/httpd/conf.d/passenger.conf
which only contained the line to load the mod_passenger.so
so i removed it.
I also did:
plesk repair web
which prompted, that everything is okay.
