After applying the changes, I restarted the web service (apache), but the problem was not solved.

The option is active, but the button is not displayed

I have the same error with same configuration:
The file index.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

if i put the incorrect pass, i see the error incorrect pass, but if i put the correct pass, go back to the plesk login
