If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Completely agree with you Oto, this interface should be disabled if it does nothing, right now it causes confusion where you expect a rule to be disabled and nothing happens.
Hello,
We're currently running Plesk 11.5 without Nginx.
If we turn Nginx on with "smart static files processing" and we were processing some xml and txt files as PHP files and returning them as xml/txt using .htaccess and PHP headers what would happen to these files?
e.g. we use a php file...
Hello,
Been struggling with this for a while and the KB article on this is not very helpful in our situation: http://kb.parallels.com/en/119500
We have several high turnover sites on our server and noticed that in top that fuser was always taking up a lot of CPU time, often 100%. The...
I just found this thread after experiencing high CPU load related to fuser.
After some digging I also found a KB article which gave us the solution we needed: http://kb.parallels.com/en/119500, hope this helps someone else.
Hello Abdi,
As you can see from my post I'm not using the GUI and from what I can see the tar file would only be deleted *if* I was using the GUI to set it up and initiate a transfer. Since I'm using the command line it won't be deleted.
That said you have confirmed that the full server...
Hello Abdi,
If a backup tar file amounts to around 18GB then I imagine it contains website data - I'm just not sure if it contains email and databases or not. I *think* /var/lib/psa/dumps/clients and /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains are only used to store client initiated backups although I'd be...
Hello,
Looking in the backup directory there are server wide backups e.g. backup_201310090207.tar there are also folders for "clients" and "domains" and also files for mysql backups.
I *think* the clients and domains folders contain backups initiated by clients themselves and the server...
Hello All,
Running 11.5.30 #18 on CentOS 6.4 Final.
When running mchk we're getting an error with mail_dk_restore:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam
==> Checking for: mailsrv_conf_init... ok
==> Checking for: mail_handlers_init... ok

Maybe my last post confused things a little.
The problem doesn't seem to be rectified by manually creating the appropriate conf folder in /var/www/vhosts/system/ and then running
.
All that does is stop apache from loading. I've tried about 5 times and it doesn't work.
I can't see why it's...
Hello Abdi,
I've tried that, it's only having a problem with one domain. The problem started when a client asked for the primary domain (newdomain.com) and domain alias (olddomain.com) to be swapped. So I deleted the alias then tried to change the primary but got a long MySQL error related to...
We upgraded to 11.5 and are having a problem:

Hello,
We've got micro-updates set to install automatically, that's fine and quite happy with that. Unfortunately the most recent micro-updates have triggered yum updates/upgrades and this has caused us lots of issues the most serious of which was a forced update to PHP5.4 from 5.3 as the...
