I just tried tried, but it tells me with my key:
"We identified that the Plesk license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers."
Please contact your license provider for support service.
So I cannot submit any support ticket.
Hi. I can't create/renew any certificate through Plesk panel 'cause this error:
" Passed 'exception' value must be an \Throwable object "
With old domains everything worked, but today I got the same error...
First time happening, what about this error ?

I can't understand the logic why only the alias "CDN" is not assigned to the main wildcard domain cert. Which file is responsible for assigning the alias certificate ?

- Well it start to give me browser alert, first days in October. I tried to renew the alias certificate manually for cdn.mydomain.com and for the main domain too (for covering the alias).
I cannot check due an error when trying to login with SSH...
Everything happened when I added the subdomain "another.mydomain.tld" a couple of days ago. In first level domain, I check the "protect alias subdomain", but the certificate assigned to "cdn.mydomain.com" , still the same from "another.mydomain.tld" .

Hi all. I am having an annoying problem in assigning the Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for an alias domain. I have several subdomains and with web hosting it works perfectly (and alias too). This is the scenario:
