The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

We have a VPS running CentOS 5.3, with PHP version 5.1.6 on Plesk version 9.5.4 (Build CentOS 5 95110630.14 if it matters).
The customer wished to upgrade to PHP 5.4.

Running Plesk 9.2.3 on CentOS 5, my Plesk loads fine for the admin user.
However, logging in as at least one of my customers yields a painfully slow interface experience. We're talking a 90 to 300 second wait (1.5 to 5 minutes) for the icons to appear.

No, they don't seem to have very many items. All's I see is the one domain.
Now, I can load their stuff fine when logged in as the Admin, but I do see the following error at the top:

The Plesk panel loads normally on all (tested) accounts on a server, including the admin account, but there is one account that loads the panel so slowly that it's virtually unusable.
I've looked in the httpd error log without much luck.
Where would you recommend looking next? Or is this...
