We havn't had a problem with the FTP upload to our own Personal FTP repository since two years. But since one month we have the same problem as discussed. Plesk will transfere a Server configuration backup but no full backup. @Plesk-Support when we can expect a fix for this problem?

Hello, we use a hosted server from 1&1 with plesk panel 11.0.9. Since we have updated Plesk we have a strange problem with the backup manager. Normally we save all Backups in our personal FTP-Reprosority. But since some days this will not work. - If we start a manual full backup job and...
