we use a hosted server from 1&1 with plesk panel 11.0.9.
Since we have updated Plesk we have a strange problem with the backup manager.
Normally we save all Backups in our personal FTP-Reprosority. But since some days this will not work.
- If we start a manual full backup job and klick the radio button (safe at personal FTP-Reprosority) -> the backup will done - but it will be stored lokal.
- If we start a manual backup job only with the server-settings and klick the radio button (safe at personal FTP-Reprosority) -> The backup will be transfered to the personal FTP-Reprosority. Why?? Is there set some quota limits? At our personal FTP-Reprosoirty we have enough free space (50 GB and one backup version is 9 GB).
I hope anybody can help us with this strange problem
