I've already cancelled my contract there and installed Ubuntu 24.04 with another provider for the same performance and Plesk license for only €49 instead of €128, and with additional backup.
Yes, but I didn't activate this, and the host Contabo.com is simply charging me for it. Furthermore, their license fees for the Web Host edition are three times higher than other hosts! However, I've already ordered a new server and will cancel my contract with them!
Something needs to happen immediately, because why am I paying monthly license fees for this software? I'm not going to waste my time dealing with this.
I had a problem with the backup freezing; I couldn't find any help in the forum and I'm not getting a response from Plesk support either.
This is unacceptable for software I pay a monthly fee for!
Backup Locally is the from time to time , and sometimes just this one subscription is super slow backups never ending / freeze
and I have to cancel the backup and restart the server.

How can I change the update path?
I have Alma Linux 8.10 installed, and when I try to install updates, I only get this message for paid updates:

During the backup ( viaSFTP to extern server ) of a subscription, this freezes and so does the system, all websites (with SQL) are no longer accessible, CPU performance in monitoring is approaching zero.
