    I had a problem with the backup freezing; I couldn't find any help in the forum and I'm not getting a response from Plesk support either. This is unacceptable for software I pay a monthly fee for!

    I installed almalinux 8 and removed mysql 8 and installed mysql 5.7 and then installed Plesk and it works!
