I'm not sure but I think it was the settings of our firewall and the settings of Outlook. There are a pop3 proxy and a smtp proxy in our firewall. As I remember I've set Outlook for SSL but in combination with the firewall proxy that not work. So I switched back to port 25 without SSL.

OK, so if there are also no disadvantages using qmail, I think I will switch to qmail because the advantage of qmail-scanner with support of a lot virus-scanner

Yes, because that's the reason why I ask. Maybe an other user have implemented one of this third party anti-virus already and give me a howto. Does all your customers use either Premium Anti-Virus or Kaspersky ?

Because of the additional licensing costs. We have already ESET and Sophos licences and we don't like to pay twice !

Hi, I like to use an other virus software for scanning mails. e.g. clamav I found an old HowTo on http://kb.parallels.com/en/2004 but this not work with panel 11. Is it possible to use an other antivirus software like clamav, sophos, eset, or ... ? Thanks
