    Got it. I think CentoOS8 is not used that often and people are still on CentOS 7 or Ubuntu/Debian. This might be de reason there is low demand for now. I think it will change in the future but I’ll go for Ubuntu 20.04 then.

    There has been a new stable version since June, 17 with support for PHP 8. See this link PECL :: Package :: imagick. This means you can install Imagick with just the /path-to-peck/pecl install imagick (or use the direct link instead).
