The server runs now but verry slow, i cant login to plesk, but sites without databases working. May you have an idea?

We identified that the Plesk license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers. So i cant open a ticket. At the moment the server has a reoboot, but the server is verry verry slow

Plesk Firewall is active. How can i check the localhost:993 port?

Its also interesting, that with Thunderbird you dont have any connection, until you go to Plesk, Email Server, Options. But the mails are in the inbox after restart or ok in the email server settings. So the imap seems to be still working, but no connection.
