    thanks IgorG for replay i do this procedure and i still can't restart . the domain going to the default page , for temporary i put the following line : /etc/rc.local sleep 10 /etc/init.d/httpd restart working fine, but if i restart the server, it's going to shutdown +++++++++++++...
