Is this Configuring File Server available in Plesk Obsidian?

Is it possible to create a shared folder on Plesk over SMB protocol that would be accessible to Windows Desktop users over "Add a network location" option? I have managed to create one over FTP, but not sure if it is possible to do this over SMB/Samba.
