    ok here is the deal... because I didn't wanted to have plesk use the default php.ini, I did research why this error comes up. I assume that you also used an exclusion like me and thats why you saw the same error msg from plesk. disable_functions=parse_ini_file will produce our error...

    hi, yes there is, but... do you use mailenable? if so, then open the start/allprograms/ "MailEnable Administrator" tool and go to servers/localhost/connectors/smtp click smtp with right mouse go properties and to the "inbound" section. there you can define your bindings. regards
