I'm wrestling with this same issue. Tried to do fresh install of qmail after removal and install postfix, and it broke all sorts of things including my CBM integration.

working without breaking plesk 12 qmail and dovecot
I had it running years ago under plesk 9 and 10 but am at a loss now
After upgrade to Plesk 12 Help desk link to osticket installation disappeared.
How do I get my sites osticket installation to appear again for help desk?

Issue apparently solved... went in to webhosting settings for the domain and changed webstats to none and then back to awstats. Then ran /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name= and all appears to be working again.
Just a note... still no awstats or anything when i go to plesk-stat/webstat after update #3
