    Issue Request-URI Too Long (Apache)

Hello. In our CRM system we are receiving this error: Basically it stems from that we have a lot text in a leads description field which obviously organically grows a lot as the sales reps fill out information about a client prospect and record the history of the calls and conversation they...

Issue AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects.....

We always use the non www versions on our servers because there is no need to use "www". Someone thought it was cool with "www" when the internet was built but totally unnecessary from practical use. So how can we remove/fix this issue @Peter Debik ? Kind regards

Resolved PHP Warning: parse_ini_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect

Yes, not worth it. I guess Ishould just ignore it as it is probably the plugin that is making a code request to somewhere it shouldn't.

Resolved PHP Warning: parse_ini_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect

I'm seeing this issue on our Plesk server: I see that there is a reference to WP plugins so I'm not certain if the plugin is the issue or that the system doesn't get full access to the php.ini file in Linux? Any thoughts on how to solve this? Kind regards

    Question Sprite support?

Thanks guys! I did some search for "sprite" and it seems to be a image codeing that allows to split images into smaller parts. https://www.w3schools.com/Css/css_image_sprites.asp Not sure if this is the correct anwer, but just a estimated guess.

    Question Sprite support?

Hello guys. I'm about to install SuiteCRM which is a free open source fork of SugarCRM on one of our servers and in SuiteCRM's installation guide they list the requirements for SuiteCRM 8.5 and one of these requirements is "Sprite". Does Plesk support Sprite natively or do you need to install...

Resolved normal behavior? [Why is my domain redirected to the Plesk login page?]

I think (?) I found the culprit of the issue. In Plesk settings Plesk was configured to access any address: If I'm correct then this is what caused the issue. Kind regards

Resolved normal behavior? [Why is my domain redirected to the Plesk login page?]

Actually you do not even need the "/login_up.php" at the end of the URL. You just need to type something/some letters in-front of the root domain and you will be redirected to the Plesk login. Seems a bit strange to me.(?) Kind regards

Resolved normal behavior? [Why is my domain redirected to the Plesk login page?]

So today I was working with adding some new national LTD domain names for our company and was at google webmaster finalizing stuff when I saw that there was a URL/ page that had trouble with being indexed and I reacted to it because it is not something we have added in DNS or elsewhere in itself...

    Question Change default admin name?

We do, but as you may already know there is sometimes bugs and security wholes that opens and closes (e.g. is patched), over time and suddenly such thing as using "admin" as username can make your company very vulnerable to various attacks. Best option is to not use it at all. We also have...

    Question Change default admin name?

Pretty much as it says: Is there a way to change the first default administrators name to something else? Using "admin" as user name is pretty stupid and a security risk, so we like to change it to something else. Plesk doesn't give you an option to change the default administrator user name...

Question Using an external email server.. [How to test settings?]

The whole point is not to have mail server program on the Plesk servers like MSMTP or Postifx etc.. We use real dedicated email servers with Mailenable for that function. Removing all unnecessary services - only keeping the hosting part - makes them more secure and lighter/faster too as the...
