Issue Googlebot blocked and uptime monitor traffic blocked too...

Cloudflare's infrastructure is maybe doing stupid things..(?). We use them for security layer and obviously for the caching part. So its not really our servers that do the initially response. All though the logs provided above is logged by our server/s. No we chosen just to use one fixed IP for...

Thanks Peter. Well We do not use WP Toolkit because it cannot figure out our setup environment which is quite different. Plus we already use services that does that same . As for .htaccess you might be correct and I suppose we need to dig through it and see if there is any .htaccess rule that...

Resolved [Linux Ubuntu server] "The following packages have been kept back"

Do you guys know anything about this and is this related to that Plesk somehow holds back updated they do not deem compatible or "upgrade safe"? I been running Linux servers for years in my life and our company and never stumbled over this issue that updates are not installed, but...

Resolved Max post size for Apache web server?

I never experienced in the past that we had issues with uploading and applying patches to SuiteCRM (Download - SuiteCRM), so that is a new one for us and myself. But looking into the current SuiteCRM settings: That apparently isn't the case. The allowed upload number is quite high already...

Resolved Max post size for Apache web server?

Thanks for your suggestion. I appreciate it @scsa20 It was triggered by modsecurity. After nginx settings was applied it does't come up anymore. I even went as far as disabling the firewall to test if something in it was still being triggering to block it (but not logging it), but...

Resolved Max post size for Apache web server?

I almost wish it was, because that would have made it so much easier, but no. After configured nginx "Maximum allowed HTTP request body size" it went away. I did later after that just see one time that Apache now instead (browser error), was complaining about the post size, but never any error...

Resolved Max post size for Apache web server?

Thanks for the reply @Peter Debik Well actually, yes. Even before i made these tweaks the smaller old patches would upload to the crm system without a hitch. (20-45MB in size). But this larger one and the latest patch for SuiteCRM doesn't not load. It just hangs basically. I have also...

Resolved Max post size for Apache web server?

So basically i need to upload a 140M patch for our CRM system which runs our VPS with Plesk First it was nginx that complained over the file size was too large. I think I have solved that issue. (ModSecurity: Request body (Content-Length) is larger than the configured limit (134217728)...

Question Create a (temporary) user for suppliers and support to login to a subscription?

Btw. It would be nice if there was like for example a "Manager", "Site manager", "3rd party", "database manager" role in Plesk or if you could customize your own user roles by the way. Wishful thinking I suppose.;) I mean.. we cannot be the only company in the world that sometimes need to let...

Question Create a (temporary) user for suppliers and support to login to a subscription?

Well we in our case we have a supplier (WP plugin developer), that needs to have access to edit the database and restore the plugin data etc. That is not possible with that limited user as I read it. They cannot login on the UI either. Do please correct me if I am incorrect about this. Thanks

Question Create a (temporary) user for suppliers and support to login to a subscription?

An admin account has access to the whole server and can control all aspects of that server while what i am referring to is just limited a certain area of the server e.g. one web hotel or "subscription" to use the Plesk terminology.
