Well ... I just managed to get rid of the slowdown ... what I did was an OPTIMIZE TABLE on psa Database. Now it seems to work as fast as the other Servers ...

Other Plesk Servers within the same Hosting Infrastructure working fine ... so yes ... I', sure it's not browser/network dependant. Only difference from this Plesk Server to our others is that lots of those Hostings have been migrated with Plesk Migration Manager from a very old Plesk Server...
