Can't activate Web-Hosting for one Customer?!

Hello,
we got a Customer with a Domain only using E-Mails until now.
Web-Hosting: None

Now I changed his Plan to one including Web-Hosting - and tried to change Web-Hosting from None to normal Hosting - but it always fails with this Error:

alright - was able to find the problem ... (Would be nice if Error Messages within the Logs always would be in ENGLISH - so one can Google them ... it's hard to find information about Problems with the German Error Message ... :-/ )
