WordPress Toolkit - Lost (and can't update) Admin Logins

This shouldn't matter because WordPress Toolkit uses it's own sqlite database to store data about installed WP instances. Could you please check permissions for this database, it should be like the following: # ls -la /usr/local/psa/var/modules/wp-toolkit/wp-toolkit.sqlite3 -rw------- 1 psaadm...

    Wordpress sets not installing

I see. It looks like I can guess why such a situation may happens. Some theme was manually installed after installation (and securing) of WP instance. New theme may be installed with permissions which are considered as "unsecure". And security check was applied when you went to security drawer...

    Wordpress sets not installing

I was not able to repeat such situation. Which version of WP Toolkit is installed in your Plesk? Are you using quick install to install new WordPress or this is a custom installation? WordPress was installed in root folder of domain (httpdocs) or into some subdirectory?

WP Toolkit and wordfence-waf.php, can't fix permissions

Oh! My bad. I was wrongly informed about security policy of WP Toolkit. I've just checked sources and see that we currently check files by the mask 644 and directories by the masks: 755, 754, 753, 752, 751, 750 It looks like that permisions 643, 642, 641 and variations like 634... are not realy...
