  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Thank you for your report. But, as IgorG already stated, it is a little bit hard to understand what happens with your WordPress.
Could you please describe your issue in more details?
1. Am I right that you are using WordPress in a multisite mode? Which mode are you using, subdomain-based, subdirectory-based, domain-based?
2. Which plugins are you using?
3. Am I right that you see broken instance when going to WordPress overview screen by pressing on "WordPress" button in the left menu?
