    Unfortunately - neither option worked. Still trying to figure this one out. ;( Now much of the time the error is invalid password. When I do the 'forgot password' link, it says the address wasn't found - but then sends an email with a new temp pass.

    yes - I had checked the DNS records and MX record for the domain...all was fine. Still didn't work. Today, I deleted the domain, and added it again - and that fixed it. Thanks for your assistance.

    Slow upload ftp in plesk 11.5

    I'm having this same problem. It seems to be worse when I FPT to the server as a vhost user rather than root. If I login as root, it seems much quicker. Have you noticed this as well?

    Poppsworld's solution "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam" - did work. Hopefully Parallels will get this permanently resolved so we don't have to do this after each update
