Plesk 17.x -- onyx
After upgrading to Onyx, the Cloudflare plugin that allowed you to add/remove the service for a domain no longer functions. It returns the following:
"Please add a website to Plesk in order to use ServerShield"
Of course, that's no the problem. Is there a...

After the upgrade from Plesk 12.x:
I have a domain with no hosting, only email accounts. This domain has been using webmail exclusively for years. After the upgrade, webmail no longer loads. Instead, you get the Plesk default page. I've tried...

Hi there,
I've installed a second version of PHP, 5.5.3, using Plesk. Does anyone know how I can run that from the command line? If I use php, I get the OS version.
I've tried...

Thanks in advance.
Fullbackup.php is a script provided by Plesk/Odin.
For the record, it looks like this is the temporary location for that script. It ignores the configuration of the Plesk backup service.
/usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/backupcufipn
I was able to find and delete the temporary file.
Best regards,
James

Plesk 12.x
Last night I was running the fullbackup.php script. It filled up my root volume and I need to find out where those files are and delete them right away.
Any help?
Thank you,
James
Hi Shane,
First I used the updater through the Plesk control panel to add PHP 5.5.
Next I found the roundcube.conf file, /etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/roundcube.conf on my system.
Then I added SetEnv PP_CUSTOM_PHP_CGI_INDEX plesk-php55-fastcgi near the top of the file.
I added...
I made edits to /etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/roundcube.conf to set php55-fastcgi. However, this file is overwritten automatically.
If anyone finds a more permanent solution, please update this thread.
Well, I can see that I don't have the required PHP version.
php 5.3.3-40.el6_6
So how do we roll back the updates that caused the problem? Does Plesk manage the PHP version on the server?
CentOS 6.6
Plesk 12.0.18 Update #53
I am also seeing the same error message with Roundcube after the latest update.
You will need to install PHP >= 5.3.7 in order to use Roundcube webmail.
Any ideas?

Is there a way to set the mailbox quotas for all of the mailboxes on a domain, at once? When I set the default, it doesn't change the quotas for existing mailboxes.
Thank you!

Hi Igor,
Indeed. Thank you for this. They key is that second screen capture. You must click on the username and set global privileges.
This is a bit of nuisance to change, but I suppose few will really need this access.
Best regards,
James
I did find this KB article. However, the user accounts already have the right permissions.
http://kb.odin.com/en/115749
I tried adding the privileges for a phpmyadmin* account, but that didn't work either.
Thanks for your help.
