• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue Several Plesk servers 100% full. Sigh.

More issues with Plesk it seems: ls -lsh /var/log/plesk/panel.log 73G -rw-r----- 1 psaadm root 73G Nov 27 10:17 /var/log/plesk/panel.log 73 GB panel.log haha. Output of panel.log is only junk: tail -n500 /var/log/plesk/panel.log Sure let's add more and more junk to Plesk and make it...

Issue Several Plesk servers 100% full. Sigh.

Seems Plesk is getting more issues by the day. Now we already noticed about 12 servers which are completely full! Without any changes/updates. Seems to be caused by Browser Log (my best guess). Thanks Plesk. Great work once again!!

    Issue PHP Chankro DOS attack

Seems Plesk is not interested in resolving this? Or doesn't take it serious. Probably we need to pay more USD for the licenses first?

Issue High latency, unreliable performance & 522 errors on a Plesk server that ran fine for 6+ months

@BjornTheBassist, I can completely understand your frustration! We’ve faced a remarkably similar situation with a Plesk server we manage for one of our customers. While this incident dates back a bit, the experience was strikingly the same—and unfortunately, equally exasperating. Our ordeal...

Question Does Plesk still work after the Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) lifecycle ends?

Awesome! Please make it possible to disable ELS function all together then. Customers do not want to pay this excessive / absurd fee for something they do not want. You didn't pull this trick on CentOS 6.x back in the day either, so way do it now? And compared to the original TuxCare pricing...

Question Plesk Web Pro with +133% price increase?

Thank you. We had a few meeting the past few months and even contacted our 8 biggest customers (who have several Plesk servers with us) and informed them that Plesk will be increasing the prices yet again for 2025. And this time the increase is very huge. Each of all these 8 customers have...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

So far the price increase is really insane. We changed our pricing and billed a few clients. They were furious and they thought we were trying to make a profit! But that's not true. It's simply Plesk wanting to make a quick earning.... Just for refence the increase in percentages when comparing...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Ah yes... Plesk will gladly add all of these functions and increase the price next year with 50%. ;-)

Question Plesk Web Pro with +133% price increase?

@bootted hoe much are you going to pay now? After the new announced price increase for 2025? It wil be even more for you now. Probably around 560.00 Euro probably? Or even more. ...or did you leave this sinking ship already?

Question 22.46% Price Increase - Are you mad?!

Well I wouldn't be surprised. Plesk (or the investment group behind it, which calls the shot) follows the money... :-O

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

You have increased the prices so much the past 7 years that nothing can be done to turn this around. I have migrated 80% of our Plesk servers to different solutions already, because our customers were also completely fed up with the price increase. Heck; the frigging Plesk license is costing the...

Question 22.46% Price Increase - Are you mad?!

It's amusing to recall that earlier this year, both IgorG and Peter Debik assured me I was exaggerating. And yet, here we are: more and more users are voicing their frustrations over these relentless, annual (and frankly, absurd) price hikes. I suspect this may indeed be the breaking point. Rest...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

I have been using Plesk since it was still owned by SWsoft or something. Yes proud till Onyx and first released of Obisdian. Afterwards it went downhill fast. Especially after 2017. Oh well. Only about 10% Plesk servers left. The rest already migrated to something else, because our customers...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

It's every year the same. See the other thread here: Question - Massive price increase for reseller licenses?. Sigh. And like Maarten said; it's because they have shareholders behind the Investment Group. Prices will increase every year and also every other product in the WebPros portfolio e.g...

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

I just noticed something funny... They re-used the original template from 2022-2023 price increase. A simple copy and paste. Check the screenshot. Hahaha. Really funny. Lazy stuff, which says it all.:cool::cool:

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

Same here friend! We have migrated a ton of servers to other solutions. We also lost a few customers, but we gained a lot by avoiding to pay for extreme Plesk price increases (= greed). I think we have about 30 or 40 Plesk servers active at this moment. I think 20 of them do not mind to keep...

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

Wahahahaha... As suspected. :P Every single year a price increase, after price increase... o_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

Question CentOS2Alma conversion: Your expectations and experience?

Yeah the script is not useful for us as these "older" Plesk servers ares still running on Virtuozzo. Furthermore we have a lot of server customers who are still using older PHP-versions. Yeah I know. But customer is king, right? Not at Plesk though... ...now Plesk has come up with a devious...
