  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

    Imap connection issues

MislavO, You've misunderstood the issue. The problem is with iPhones accessing mailboxes hosted on a Plesk server using imap. I was simply referring to a similar issue with gmail account imap issues - a know problem with iOS.

Server is sending spam from an email account

Are you sure the emails are originating from your server? Is a spammer using your email address in the from field for the emails. When they can not be delivered to their recipient, they are bounced from the recipients mail servers and are returned to your server as bounce notifications...

    Plesk Panel - Mailbox Configuration

Sounds like a DNS related issue. If you are using your domain registrars control panel to handle DNS, you need to make sure you have an MX record pointing to your server. This will tell other mail servers that your Plesk server is handling email for your domain. If you are using your Plesk...

    Imap connection issues

Hi Fernando, The issue can be a real pain! Unfortunately, I don't believe it's actually an issue within Plesk/Courier, but a compounded issue with iOS as it's well documented that GMail imap had the same issue a while back. Not sure what their fix was or even if they did actually fix it...

Over the last few months I've had a number of clients calling for support in relation to iPhones connecting to imap mailboxes. Having looked through the mail error logs, I've noticed a number of multiple disconnects from the same client at the same time. Sometimes up to 10 disconnects at the...

    Plesk Applikationen

If I understand you correctly, applications that are installed under a subscription are removed once you delete the subscription. If you wanted them to remain, say a VOIP server, you would need to install them on the server itself, rather than through Plesk.
