The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

ok I got it fixed, it was a huge logfile produced by MM, which filled the /usr/ partition.- Vipa

Thank you! Finally I fixed that error, not with your solution, but it led me to it. that was the output of my usermng: and then I recognized there was an usermng.broken using that one gave me this output: different ... so I checked plesk again and got the following error: so...- Vipa
