I have also had this problem after creating new domains. Restarting nginx in this case seems to do the trick for me but be sure to try the above too

Have you tried reinstalling both Grafana and the Monitoring extensions?

Depending on your setup try doubling the innodb_buffer_pool_size that solved it for me before

I would say remove it and reinstall it but i am only experienced with Linux and not windows server (i only just noticed that you are on windows) Edit: it seems that fail2ban is not available on windows. Thanks Kaspar!

If you go to Tools & Settings -> Updates -> Add/Remove components Is Fail2Ban installed?
