Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
My backups are missing the vhost directories for a few MU versions now including 53 on three of my servers. More detailed information is here.
stderr log on MU#53 backup, all vhost directories are missing from backups:
1+0 records in
1+0 records out
31457280 bytes (31 MB) copied, 0.212109 s...
Update: Backups still broken as of MU#55, which is supposed to "fix" the backup manager.
Three of our four servers are not backing up the vhost directories when the backup manager runs. This is extremely critical as we basically have no backups on most of our servers at the moment...
In my Outbound Spam filter, it is not classifying anyone unique. Everyone is considered 127.0.0.1. Why?

Can you explain how we add custom nginx conf content? Every time I add something it gets overwritten by the update process.
Example:

in:
templates/default/domain/nginxDomainVirtualHost.php
templates/default/domain/nginxForwarding.php
added:

I got the crazy idea to try the Plesk 11 bootstrapper repair that for some reason exists on this server, and it actually did things but didn't fix our errors:
srv:/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper # dir
total 288
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 284457 Jun 8 01:44 bootstrapper.sh...
The bootstrapper repair doesn't seem to return anything:
srv:/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.13.4-bootstrapper # /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.13.4-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
srv:/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.13.4-bootstrapper #
No log file is returned in the /tmp...
For a while now I haven't been able to select a customers SSL certificate and assign it to their IP in the panel. I can only see the certificates installed on the panel in the drop-down menu.
I've just been copying the certs to the panel instead of using them under the clients account lately...
Oh yeah, I've tried some basic things such as:
- Restarting PSA
- Rebooting the server
- Installing Micro-updates (I think they were successful but I can't remember for sure.)
This is totally my fault. We were trying to diagnose a network glitches (long story short) I ended up running killall -9 php to close down 4 php processes that I thought were knocking our office offline (they weren't). Ever since then our control panel wont load, and any Plesk command line...
If any single user of ours decides they want to download a backup of their site, they will click the button and it will start like normal. Most times they will not understand that the server is working on preparing the tar file for them, so they will click the button again, which makes the...
Tried a brand new cert on an existing user (he was previously migrated though) and it still wont let us put certs under the user's accounts. This really sucks.
Has this been submitted to the devs or anything yet? I haven't heard a peep in regards to this issue from anyone at Parallels.
I've never actually created a brand new cert for a brand new client yet. Does that even work? I was wondering if it was purely related to my migrated sites, only because I saw an IP & Cert related error during migration for anyone with a cert.
This is a problem us because we are migrating from a server with certificates stored under the client, to a server where we "have to" move them to the panel instead. Very inconvenient, especially if the problem gets fixed after we move all the certs.
