Critical: vhost directories missing from backups on multiple servers (MU 46/47)

Update: Backups still broken as of MU#55, which is supposed to "fix" the backup manager.

Three of our four servers are not backing up the vhost directories when the backup manager runs. This is extremely critical as we basically have no backups on most of our servers at the moment.

psadump.log creating that tmp file above, no error was reported around this line:

Any idea what's wrong? Is there a log somewhere for why the tar job failed?

Any news on this? I updated to MU#53 and still have the same issue.
