@UFHH01 is right, Multi Server doesn't support, and we don't plan to support a mixed infrastructure. There is one possible exception - it's possible that we will allow a mix of Linux Web + Windows Mail.
But, it's still under consideration.

note: switching to autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com will take no effect since it's alias to autoinstall-win.plesk.com. So, we recommend to use autoinstall-win.plesk.com to avoid issues in the future.

PPA is owned by Odin now, so Plesk Multi Server is a new product developed by Plesk team.
Not sure that got your question properly, but the extension enables Plesk instances attaching as service node, and brings centralized mangement of customer accounts and subscriptions.

@hardbrasil This issue appears accidently and this typically doesn't relate to some concrete Plesk version, it can appear even w/o Plesk.
