Thank you for reporting the issue. But unfortunately I cannot reproduce it in our test environment. Could you please clarify the steps:
1. Is WordPress installed on main domain or on some additional domain?
2. What to you mean by "turning webhosting on/off"?
You can try to select option 3 and set some domain name and then return settings back to force configs regeneration.
Also could you please post content of /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/server.conf and etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/ip_default/<your hostname>.conf (you can replace IP addresses to X.X.X.X)

Current behavior is the following: if on some of domains hosted by admin there is osticket installed then this button is shown to all his customers. Unfortunately, there is no ability to hide this button now.

Seems you have some javascript errors on your pages. Maybe upgrade has completed with errors. You can check javascript errors in Developer console:

The issue will be fixed in the upcoming microupdate. You can disable and enable nginx to solve the issue temporary. You can make it in UI on screen Tools & Settings > Services Management or using cli:
# plesk sbin nginxmng --disable
# plesk sbin nginxmng --enable

2. Could you please post the full error message starting with "Unable to rotate dump: The dump rotation is failed with code '152' at..". I suppose the file and line in...
