I reported bugs with internals IDs PPP-17755 (about Apache) and PPP-17756 (about server restart). I hope they will be fixed in nearest microupdates.

This table is in local SQLite database of extension Plesk Mobile Center. Try to remove this extension and add it again using Extension Catalog. The mobile app most possibly will ask to enter your admin credentials again.

- What is your OS?
- What PHP handler do you use (provided by OS vendor or provided by Odin)?
- How do you check that memory_limit doesn't work?

From the error message I can suppose that there is no mail service on the subscriptions which fail. Are these subscriptions created based on the same service plan?
Could you please check manually if mail service is enabled on the subscriptions which fail.

The errors states that you PHP handler doesn't have CLI path. And the CLI path is required for Wordpress Toolkit correct work.

You can run:
# plesk repair web -domains-only
To force reconfiguration of all sites.

Thank you for reporting the issue. It's not an inconsistency in your database. I confirm that it's bug with ID PPP-17717 in our internal tracker. I hope it'll be fixed in nearest microupdates for Plesk 12.5.
