SOLVED - Plesk 12.5 (Upgrade) - GUI Problem

Patrick_Piet

New Pleskian
Hello guys,

I upgraded my Plesk 12.0.18 to 12.05 and now the whole GUI (Power User View) is screwed up.. Well, just now it's useless...

I tried to go back to v 12.0 Color Scheme already, without success... Do you have any Ideas what I can do???

Here's a Screenshot of the Problem:

PS: I'm using a vServer, so I can't excecute any container commainds (I found some dirung my research)..

Update:

I tried the Upgrade on a second VPS (fresh install CentOS 7 + Plesk 12.0.18)... exactly the same result.. that has to be a bug.

Any suggestions so far?

Hi Patrick_Piet,

did you try to use another browser as well and could you please provide informations of your used browser and its version?

If another browser doesn't have the same issue, please consider to delete your browser cache. Such issues may appear, if your browser's cache doesn't load the pages from the server, but instead load old pages from its own, local cache.

If you still experience issues, please contact your hosting provider, to investigate the issue, because there might have been issues/problems while upgrading to Plesk 12.5, which have to be solved with commands over the command line.

Hey,

i tried it with Firefox 41.0.1 and Google Chrome 45.0.2454.101.. Also also cleared the cache and tested it on different systems.. still same view

Seems your upgrade finished with error. Try to run in console "plesk repair installation".

i tried that multiple times already.. on both Servers without success

And also one more question: Do you have some your own extensions not provided by extension catalog?

As I've writte bevore, it was a clean install... Not a single extension was installed
Update:

I tried the Upgrade on a second VPS (fresh install CentOS 7 + Plesk 12.0.18)... exactly the same result.. that has to be a bug.

Problem fixed!

i found some duplicates with 'yum check' and removed them with 'rpm -e --nodeps --noscripts XXX'

now, everything is working as expected.

Thanks to the Support Team!
