When I back up a subscription I have the option to back up to "Server storage in /var/lib/psa/dumps" as opposed to FTP storage.

I recently upgraded a Plesk server to Onyx and SRS is causing us huge mail problems.
How can I disable SRS? (for an immediate fix whilst I work out how to implement SRS without causing us all these problems!)

Yes that has worked. I've whitelisted 1 user on 4 x servers and now that user can send email on each of them again.
I've also tested the webmail user that was having issues and whilst he couldn't send email initially he could after a few tries. Switching...

Thanks for the suggestion but sadly no, nobody has exceeded their subscription.
The issue (I guess) is that these SSH accounts do not actually belong to a subscription, so I presume it won't show up within the stats anywhere.
I guess this is what the "allow scripts and users to use sendmail" tag...
I gave it a try. It ran through and reported no problems -

Hi Igor. Thanks for the response. All our servers are at the latest Plesk version, and yum/Plesk updates are applied daily as required so everything is fully patched. Would it help to run mchk anyway?
