    Do you still have any issues? Or what are you searching for? the result you posted is OK as it is normally. The restore just gave a warning that Webalizer is not installed, and its settings not restored, any other content should have been restored and functional

    I suspect you trying to install a wildcard SSL, that needs a DNS entry for validation. If your DNS is managed externally then you need to add the entry manually there and wait for it to propagate. Or use a SSL without wildcard option
