Exactly that. That's what I was trying to say as well. We are also not paying the full amount, however when you have over 200 Plesk licenses each increase is a hit in the stomache. Especially in these harsh financial times. But like always and before; Plesk does not care about this.

Email send from any email client should be stored on the server. Same as with incoming emails. But you are right incorrect thread.

I agree with Mike; send emails should be stored on the server in the same way like you receive an email. So you can view send emails on any device and not just the device it was send on... I have always been annoyed by this to be honest.

As I have mentioned before; I am unhappy with the price increases (which happens now yearly apparently), however the price increases (yearly) are for increasing the quality, support and features for Plesk. I will quote a few lines from their price increase FAQ from 2021 (here) and 2022 (here)...

Now they also want to get rid of the right side-panel. Something which we use daily. And the other day, they made some change (called "tech domain") and it completely fvcked our server creation script in regards of the hostname... Sigh.

By the way; the only thing Plesk does care about is increasing their pricing (again) in 2022. And why is that? Well let me quote something from their page Pricing Adjustment 2022 here: Guess that does not include VzLinux 8 and other RHEL 8 based distro's? Or wait... Are we paying for that? Oh...

Given the lack of updates / responses here from Plesk, we can only confirm that Plesk does not care. Hence, what I said several weeks ago. ;-)
