Which system are you using for SMTP then? Can you test this: telnet myip.gelma.net (it will show you if you have a public ipv6) I don't know yourt echnical skill, don't want to push it but sometimes your provider exit with an ipv6 and you dont know about it.

I had problems with a VPS that had an IPv6 in the past (sending email to google users) Check this out: http://tanguy.ortolo.eu/blog/article109/google-ipv6-smtp-restrictions maybe it will help!

Hi Pecnet, Why don't you add a new subdomain via your Plesk admin panel instead of trying to manually create vhost?

Just to be clear, try this in a dev env before. I'm not responsable for anything that happens if there's an issue. What I use is: postmap /path/to/your/file (ex: postmap /etc/postfix/restricted_senders) Please let us know how it goes.
