Sorry im not a expert and dont know if you can remove Domains without having acess to Plesk Panel, but one more idea: Strato makes automatic 10 Backups of your whole Server. If you take a look at the backups (https://config.stratoserver.net) maybe there is a Point in time the Panel did work...

Install fresh Image of Ubuntu 12.04 and Plesk 11 to your old Server with 30 Domain license. Migrate Back. Cancel deal for the new Server with 10 Domain license. Or buy license for 30 Domains as add on to the new Server. Strato Price is 4,99.-€ for 30 Domains.

I had the same problem after Migration from 9.54 to 11.09. My Workaround was to go to Abonnements/Domain/Website and domains/ In the pull down menue set Web statistics to "No" and press o.k. Then set Web Statistics to "Webalizer" again and press o.k. again. Next morning statistics worked...

It is not from Strato, it is from the parallels update server. Strato offers at the moment only mu#10.

i suspect microupdate #11 (two servers with exactly this problem). On another server with mu#10 i had no problem. Hope the Parallel support team or abdi will read here next morning...
