Hi @pocokarisma, The behavior you describe is the way WordPress Toolkit works -- it disables the constant and uses wp-cli for updating WP itself, so any plugins depending on the constant might not work properly. You can always detach the instance from WPT, but you will lose all WPT benefits...

The bad news: it's an actual bug (status is actually set to off). The good news: we've decided to release a special Toolkit update that fixes just this bug ASAP. If everything goes smoothly, it should be out by the end of Friday this week, if not, Monday next week. Hope this helps!
