Just coming back to this to update that it was resolved.
Logrotation did the trick but i had to upgrade the server from Ubuntu 18 to higher.

The main reason for wanting to remove that IP is that something went wrong 1 or 2 days after it was up and running for the first time.

I deleted some records and now the whole tab is empty even without buttons

After setting up a new server with Ubuntu 20 i installed Plesk but after the install the 2 one time login links do not work.

I was able to fix the error that was causing all the log entries.
Now i am left with this huge 51Gb file that keeps coming back everyday after the daily task.
I have done this but this does not help.
