Its probably because your openssl library) is out of date. A really important update for that came out in CentOS 6.5 recently.

Oh, I forgot to add the list of extensions here. Its pretty huge, so its probably easier to dump it with rpm -qa |grep atomic-php. Its everything you would expect to see in the regular atomic PHP packages. Or you can scroll through the list here...
