did you check is the ssl in not present on "tool and settings" ssl cert.? into my plesk i don't have this issue. try to remove this module and install it again.

Hi, i have the same issue here it's seams that Plesk not solve this Banner issue. for a few email delivery, your can use with this misconfiguration. for bulk mail it's not recommended as well, as Plesk.

create a subdomain into your panel with the hostname desired check if dns is resolving to your domain into this server. than try on browser. after that implement the let's encrypt on this subdomain and apply to plesk panel to get ssl with error

have you tryed third option "Send from the specified IP addresses" take a look on this function Plesk Multi Server
