Hi, am I right, that you have the mailbox functions enabled on Plesk? In this case, the MX-Record is being ignored, because the domain is listed in localdomains. If this is your situation, you'll have to deactivate the mailbox features. Kind regards Henning

Hi dorotheaK, do you have SSH access to that VPS? If yes, try the following: 1. connect to SSH 2. login 3. execute this command: crontab -e If you get a list of entries, doublecheck them. If all is ok, you could set MAILTO="" which prevents sending the mails to you. Kind regards Henning

Dear community, Dear support, I just recognized, that the filesize of the backups in the FTP-Repository is wrong. In our case all Backups are bigger than 8 GB and will be displayed as 21,5 KB. Can anyone sign this situation? Kind regards Henning
