• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Dear community,
Dear support,

I just recognized, that the filesize of the backups in the FTP-Repository is wrong.
In our case all Backups are bigger than 8 GB and will be displayed as 21,5 KB.

Can anyone sign this situation?

Kind regards
Henning

Yep same here too

I'm having exactly the same problem, I'm also with 1&1 but really I can't see what that should have to do with it, the backup servers are just FTP servers after all it's not them that have changed. The backups were all reporting the correct sizes until I upgraded and now they all say 1.95KB, there's a bug there somewhere... Good luck with support, I submitted a bug with phpMyAdmin not copying tables, four years ago and it only just got fixed in 9.5!!!!
