Got a brand new server and it just crashed during the server backup because it filled /tmp /tmp is only 16G I have plenty of room elsewhere on the server. How do I increase the size of /tmp or force Plesk to use some other temporary backup location?

underscore is not accepted either.

The domain email address white list will not accept a domain like abc-def.com “-“ is not accepted.

I can only add 100 addresses to the global address spam white list. I need to add more!

Somebody is sending spam from my postfix server. How can I locate the domain causing the problem? I can see lots of help files for sendmail on the internet but not for Postfix. Any help greatly appreciated.

OK but this is a brand new server. If I check the Parallels demo Plesk 12 server it does the same.

Every time I load the tools & settings page a loading icon momentarily appears at the top right of the page. This only happens on our server with Plesk 12. What is it and how can I stop it?

Is it possible to set server wide spam settings to say 7 and tag messages as ***SPAM*** and also set domain settings to drop messages above say 10?

Spoke too soon. Demos broken again. It's not a very good advertisement for Plesk 12!

It's working better now but the service provider mode version still won't let you create domains so lots of the features still can't be tested.
