Postfix sending spam

Somebody is sending spam from my postfix server.

How can I locate the domain causing the problem?

I can see lots of help files for sendmail on the internet but not for Postfix.

Any help greatly appreciated.

What is the output of command:

# mailq
(if it's hude, put it in .txt file - it doesn't have to be full mailq log).

Can you also post your main.cf file?
