The backup manager in Plesk 12.5 does not display which backup belongs to which domain. It just shows creation date and size. How am I supposed to know which backup is which?

Is there any way to change the look of the 12.5 admin panel? Is there some sort of skin repository to make it look different? It’s too colourful for my liking.

Does the server backup process work like this.. Create the backup Place in the server repository Transfer the file to the FTP server Delete the old backup from FTP server Delete the temp backup for the server repository I'm not sure about point 4 or if indeed this process is correct at all...

I have a similar problem that the IMAP server can’t be found only when I’m at home on wifi. Happens only on iOS devices and only on wifi. If I turn wifi off the issue goes away immediately. While on wifi it works 70% of the time - then fails. Been connected to the same wifi network for YEARS...

It's not just excluding cache files it should be to exclude any files/directories of my choosing. Thanks for the feedback. I'll try your workaround and report back.

Done that. The problem was with plesk support for weeks before we we gave up and closed the ticket without anything being fixed. Every night I still get backup errors because it can't backup the cache files on a forum. The problem is I don't need these files backup up but plesk provides no way...
