Btw, changing the spamassassin settings from PLESK has the effect of deleting the /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and replacing with a 2-liner. you may wish to back up your local.cf file against its wrath before doing any changes to that page in PLESK.

SOLVED the last item - picking the correct sertificate for SECURE MAIL SERVER prompt. apparently you can just write -- don't need the pull down list. I wrote and picked the correct wildcard cert.. but still the mailman problem continues.. bad certificate..

The "there are 109 more items" problem happens in the: Secure Mail Server Select a certificate for securing the mail server. Select Certificate * blurb.. it won't let me pick the wildcard certificate..

Btw, the custom template file seems to be ignored. Also, trying to pick a certificate from the pull down list gives "there are 109 more items" blurb after a few items listed. So I cannot pick the correct certificate there.

PS: The above SSLCertificateFile "/usr/local/psa/var/certificates/scfoHoWU1" is the wildcard certificate that Lets Encrypted created for *.domain.com -- I found it by grepping among the certificates in that directory

I also thought about mod_evasive and modsec -- I think mod_evasive shows FORBIDDEN instead, and modsec would have logged something in its audit file.. they don't seem to exist.

PS: I checked the DNS entries -- both DNSs for their domain show the same and correct IP for webmail.domain.name

PLESK support fixed it for me.. They "detached" the subscription (not sure what it means but it worked) and I was able to buy the new subscription using today's 50% discount..

But you are right -- I had to stop this, it was looping (the language parameter kept repeating), so I added the Googlebot to the string, and now it's getting 403 instead.. I already had the nginx command for a dozen more bots anyway.. Regards, -turgut
