Sorry for the delay in responding. On the original VPS I had 2 subscriptions xxx.tld and zzz.xxx.tld, both with their root httpdocs folders. When, my colleague, ran the command to move zzz.xxx.tld into xxx.tld all the files got mixed up inside the domain httpdocs so he had to undo the action...
