On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
I’ve always understood that when you sell something for 10 and then put it on sale for 5, what you’re really doing is stealing 5 the rest of the year… The discounts are always for new customers; for those of us who have been paying for a license for more than 5 years (through a hosting provider)...
I think you misunderstood my post... The crons change from PHP Script to Run as Command where you deactivate and reactivate a subscription... That's the problem, not the comment lost (what happens too).
Hi, my PHP cronjobs were created as PHP Script but they automatically have converted to Run as command where the subscription was activated again... That it why I opened this report. I don't understand your side note... The screenshots are ok. The first is THE ACTUAL RESULT -crons converted by...

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I ran the command and the scheduled tasks were copied, but they weren't copied in the same format they were created in, and the comments weren't copied either, so the solution isn't perfect.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your help!
Hi, @alapshin thanks for your answer but I have another question.
I'm a very basic Plesk user, and especially a Linux and console user...
If I run that `cp` command you suggested, will it copy all the scheduled tasks to the new website? I ask because there are about 18 tasks to move, which is...
Hi! I need to move the scheduled tasks from one subscription to another... Would it be possible to do that simply by manually changing the sysUserId field in the psa.ScheduledTasks table?
In other words:
Old site: psa.sys_users.id = 4
New site: psa.sys_users.id = 1
If I update that value...
Honestly, I think it's terrible that updates are released with bugs that affect the entire mail service and Plesk takes so long to release the solution as an update instead of us having to find it on the forums.
Hi, the solution is published here

Worked for me too :)
The problem he mentioned comes from a court ruling in Spain that allows LaLiga (football) to indiscriminately block Cloudflare IPs on match days.
All the affected people I know have opted either to remove the domains from cloudflare or to deactivate the proxy and use them in DNS mode, with...
As a final comment I would like to say that it seems to me extremely dangerous -whether or not there is a button to confirm- to put the button to launch phpmyadmin so close to the one to delete the database. The usability on this page is really not well thought out.
BTW, here is the solution

Thanks, my hosting company is in touch with the Plesk Support and waiting for your answer.
And yes, it happens after an upgrade from a previous version, 18.0.68#2->18.069 in my case.

Hi, I have a little problem with the memory usage of my VPS...
As you can see, the first capture indicates only about 300M of free memory
But the process list show several different information...
What could be going on? Is it time to restart the server?
Thanks

Sorry for the delay in responding. On the original VPS I had 2 subscriptions xxx.tld and zzz.xxx.tld, both with their root httpdocs folders.
When, my colleague, ran the command to move zzz.xxx.tld into xxx.tld all the files got mixed up inside the domain httpdocs so he had to undo the action...
