On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

Please explain me how you can upgrade "clients to resellers" and "domain administrators to customers". I've not been able to locate any way to do this in Plesk 10.

Normally you need to run the update before you can see the changelog. I don't want to do that until sure it works and fixes the problem.
Also, it's an easy question for someone who already did the update....
Did the Plesk 10.1 update take care of the mess that happened when you migrated Plesk 9.x accounts without users (only domain owners) to Plesk 10.0, leaving domain owners without control panel access, and impossible to fix due to limitations in the control panel.
The only problem is next time they update this file you need to reapply the hack. Dealing with dozens of Plesk installations that quickly becomes tedious.
Anyway with the current Plesk 10 nightmare this is now the least of my problems with Plesk.
Yet another Plesk 10 bug. There should be a way to change the email password from the GUI. Yes, I know how to use the CLI but my customers don't (and don't have access to it anyway).
Maybe you could get around it by temporarily change the IP to shared, just while you reassign the domain, then change it to dedicated again after? Just an idea.
You can create a new customer using the CLI and then associate a subscription (domain) to this using the GUI. This allows the customer to access the CP for just his domain.
Actually I found, although you can create a "customer" using the CLI, once that is done there is still no way to move this customer into a resellers account.
Mega fail this time, Parallels.
